Internet: 35 million people have access to the Internet in the UK so it has become an important communication medium for many brands. MINI also recognises the value of the Internet and over the years has created a series of online ad’s to catch people’s attention, and encourage them to visit the MINI website.

Superstitials are large size ad’s that load behind the web page being viewed. Once fully loaded in the background, a new window is launched on top of the web page, which plays the ad.
The file size is usually larger than other formats and the ad often has enhanced animation, such as illustration, photography or audio.

Eyeblasters, as the name suggests, are large size ads that appear as a layer on top of the web page itself, rather than in a separate window. They only appear when the ad is fully loaded and have rich animation. This can be either illustration or photography and sometimes audio (though the user normally needs to activate this).
